Main Features
· Quick opening and closing: The valve can be fully opened or closed by rotating the stem only 90°, enabling fast operation.
· Extremely low flow resistance: When fully open, the valve passage is basically consistent with the pipe diameter, resulting in nearly zero fluid resistance and small pressure drop.
· Reliable sealing: When soft seals (such as PTFE) are adopted, zero leakage can usually be achieved with excellent sealing performance.
· Simple structure and easy maintenance: The valve body is compact, and the sealing ring is generally movable for easy replacement.
· Wide application range: Suitable for conditions from vacuum to high pressure and from small to large diameters, as well as various media such as water, oil and gas.
· Fireproof and antistatic: Specially designed ball valves feature fireproof structure (metal sealing remains effective after soft seal burnout) and antistatic function (ensuring static electricity discharge).
· Poor flow regulation performance: Due to its quick-opening flow characteristic, it is not suitable for applications requiring precise flow adjustment.
· Clear full-open/full-close positioning: With a limit structure, the opening positions (full open/full close) are clearly indicated.
