Catalyst

This catalyst is suitable for the reaction of hydrogen and carbon dioxide production via methanol steam reforming. It is a copper‑zinc‑aluminum catalyst with CuO as the main component and spacer.

By adopting a novel coprecipitation production process and adding new promoters, the catalyst features a large effective copper surface area, excellent activity and stability, as well as large pore volume and suitable pore size distribution.

Performance test results show that this series of catalysts has reached the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad.

Main Operating Conditions

· Operating temperature: 20℃ ~ 280℃ (bed temperature)
· Normal operating temperature: 220℃ ~ 270℃ (bed temperature)
· Operating pressure: ≤ 1.2 MPa (2.5 MPa)
· Liquid hourly space velocity (LHSV): ≤ 1.2 h
· Sulfur content in feedstock: CT content in feedstock
