PSA Oxygen Generation Technology
The PSA oxygen generation unit takes compressed air as raw material and produces oxygen by virtue of the adsorption properties of high-quality zeolite molecular sieves. Purified and dried compressed air enters the adsorption tower. Under pressurized conditions, nitrogen molecules diffuse faster and are preferentially adsorbed by the molecular sieves due to aerodynamic effects, while oxygen molecules are enriched in the gas phase to form product oxygen. When the molecular sieves are saturated with adsorbed nitrogen, the pressure in the tower is reduced to normal pressure, and adsorbed impurities such as nitrogen are desorbed and discharged, completing the regeneration of molecular sieves.
The system automatically controls the pneumatic valves of two adsorption towers via PLC, making the two towers alternately perform the processes of "adsorption for oxygen production" and "desorption regeneration", so as to continuously and stably produce high-purity oxygen.
