Natural Gas Hydrogen Blending Technology

The premixing system of this technology calculates the hydrogen flow rate according to the required hydrogen blending ratio based on measured data. The hydrogen flow is then regulated by a mass flow controller or proportional control valve, and finally mixed in a surge tank to achieve the target hydrogen blending ratio.

· Highly automated and data-driven operation with intelligent core processes; ready for immediate use and producing hydrogen within seconds.
· Single unit supports adjustable flow rate, heating mode and pressure, with real-time online monitoring. It can be interlocked with hydrogen-using equipment, and is equipped with automatic fault alarm and shutdown functions. Operation data supports remote monitoring.
· Special valves with a trouble-free service life of 5 million frequent switching cycles are adopted to ensure stable system operation.
