Nitrogen Purification Technology
The nitrogen purification system can automatically adjust the proportion of hydrogen added to the feed gas based on the actual oxygen content continuously detected by an oxygen analyzer. To minimize excess hydrogen and improve nitrogen purity, the system is equipped with a high-precision, high-performance hydrogen control module. The mixed gas enters a catalytic reactor, where hydrogen and oxygen undergo an exothermic reaction to form water vapor. The vapor is condensed into water and then removed. The nitrogen is dried by an adsorption dryer to finally obtain clean and dry nitrogen product.
■ Technical Features
· The product gas purity is continuously monitored by an oxygen analyzer. Gas is vented automatically if purity falls below customer requirements. High-purity nitrogen leaving the reactor is first cooled by a cooler to remove condensed water.· The product nitrogen is extremely clean and dry, with a dew point as low as -70°C.
· The control system automatically adjusts hydrogen flow and ensures minimal hydrogen residue in product nitrogen.
· The entire system operates fully automatically.
