Hydrogen Production Technology from Biomass
Biomass reacts with oxygen supplied by the VPSA oxygen generation system in a gasifier. After passing through a catalytic reactor, the gas is sequentially treated by a cooling tower, heat exchanger, sedimentation tank, two-stage spray system, gas-liquid separator and electrical tar precipitator. It is then buffered in a gas holder and finally purified by the pressure swing adsorption hydrogen extraction system. The produced hydrogen is stored in tanks and supplied as heat source.
