Program Control Valve

Program control valves are key actuation and switching components in gas separation and purification processes (such as Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) and Temperature Swing Adsorption (TSA)). Their core function is to accurately and rapidly control the on/off status and flow direction of gas pipelines in accordance with programmed logic.

In cyclic adsorption processes, program control valves open and close automatically according to a preset time sequence, thereby precisely switching gas flow paths for different steps including feed gas introduction, product gas output, blowdown desorption, pressure equalization, and purge regeneration.
